We are here safe and sound!
Thank you so much for all the prayers! I REALLY felt them and everything went so smooth.
We have already hit the ground running looking at all the amazing sites.
Right now we are in Florence, Italy and will meet up with a tour guide to cover that region before moving on.
This is one of the views from the window where we are staying....
We picked a little local bed and breakfast to stay in so we could get the real feel of the region. This is a picture of our room....
This is SO worth turning 50 over!

My son's girl friends parents are in Italy for a month and I have been following along on their vacation on their blog and now another! I need to go on a vacation!...lol
