Chicks, I know you have been on the edge of your seat wondering how we are making it in the snow storm. I will say it is absolutely beautiful.
We are holding out well since our power has stayed on and we were prepared with the needed supplies.
This is the biggest snow we have had in nearly 10 years!
With below freezing temperatures forecasted for the next few days we will be home bound for the rest of the weekend.
I better pace myself a little better so my supplies will hold out.....

We woke to this same glorious whiteness this morning, and it's supposed to continue snowing all day. Oh, how I love the snow and being snowbound.
If only we had peanut butter cups in our house! They are my fav.

It is beautiful, but I hope we don't get it. We've had enough this year. Looks like you are well prepared. lol

It looks beautiful. We're getting snow too even though the forecast said it would miss us. Hope your yummy supplies hold out :) Enjoy!

It looks so beautiful!! We didn't get much but it is still covering the ground. I love it when you don't HAVE to get out in it and have everything you need at home. Especially chocolate and POWER!!! Enjoy!♥

Lovely pictures. Well...some of them were yummy photos! Hahaha. A delightful post. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, too, Jules. I just posted photos of his homecoming! I am one happy Mom!

The snow looks gorgeous... especially since I only have to experience it vicariously through your photos! Ha ha.
Glad your supplies are holding out through the storm. Seriously glad you've not lost power. My in-laws all live in VA and they are having a really rough time - ice, followed by massive amounts of snow, lost power, etc. That's not fun.
Be blessed!

Hey Girl,
It looks beautiful! All we got was a lot of ice!
Come participate in a visual mystery contest over at my blog this week.
You have to come see.
Love Pamela

Wow...that is so beautiful. You certainly have the right supplies to keep you all cheerful in this time.

You do have to pace yourself when you're snowed in - and ration "snow snacks" ahem, I mean supplies. Chocolate, a stack of good books, a warm fire and snow go so well together.
